What do we do:
Workshop: the good conversation “how do I talk to my manager?”
You want to discuss something with your manager. For example, about taking on another task, or about something you want to improve in the school or about a training wish. And afterwards you realize that the conversation didn't go exactly the way you wanted. You think 'I wish I had said this or that'. Or 'have I been assertive enough?' In this workshop, our expert Brigit Linssen will show you how to prepare a conversation and how to keep control of a conversation. You discover obstructive and helpful thoughts of yourself and you learn to deal with resistance.
Workshop: what are my rights and obligations as an OOP-er?
After a general introduction, you can submit your questions to our trade union consultant Yvette Boersma. What about my training hours? What other arrangements are there for support staff when it comes to days off? Do you already have questions? Please pass them on when you register.
When registering, please indicate in which sector you work and what position you have so that we can prepare as best as possible. Are you bringing a colleague? Then tick the box to indicate that you are bringing an introducer.
