In this workshop for teachers in secondary and vocational education you will discover how you can evaluate and optimize your own performance. Be inspired by the example of your best teacher and discover practical tips to take your teaching to the next level.

Think back briefly to your best teacher. What did he or she do, and why does he or she immediately come to mind? What was this teacher's strength? Now that you are in the classroom, do you look like your role model from back then?

In education, we want to inspire and motivate students so that we can ultimately congratulate them on their growth and development. Please note: these are all workwords, it doesn't happen automatically. In order to inspire, motivate and congratulate, skills are needed such as looking, listening, mirroring, introspection (preferably with a healthy dose of humor) and all this with an open attitude as much as possible.

We get to work based on our own experiences. We look at what it takes to get the other person moving.

Target group: all teachers who care about the child and enjoy analyzing their own performance. After this workshop you will be better equipped to connect with your students as a teacher.

Workshop is given by Marije Bruins Slot, PR consultant.
