In conversation with your manager, exclusively for AOb members from all education sectors

You want to discuss something with your manager. For example, about your wish to purchase a new teaching package, or to take on another task, or about something you want to improve in the school. And afterwards you realize that the conversation didn't go exactly the way you wanted. You think 'I wish I had said this or that'. Or 'have I been assertive enough?'


In this course you will increase your communication skills and personal effectiveness so that you get the most out of it and achieve it together. We discuss and practice, among other things, how to prepare a conversation, how to control a conversation, you discover obstructive and helpful thoughts of yourself and you learn to deal with resistance. In practical exercises you will receive feedback and tips for your own conversation style.
