Consultation hours for long-term patients, South rayon

The rules surrounding (long-term) absenteeism due to illness are quite complicated.
Especially if you have been ill for a longer period of time (9-10 months) and it is not yet clear how quickly reintegration will proceed, there is a greater chance that you will eventually be invited by the UWV to apply for a WIA examination ( sick at 88 weeks).

After registration, you will receive a separate confirmation with the date, time and with whom you will have the interview. 
The conversation will take place in the district office of the AOb in Eindhoven. 
Appointments can also be scheduled at the FNV office in Heerlen or Roosendaal. 
Would you rather have the conversation via Teams? That is also possible, please indicate this when you register.

We also ask you to indicate your first date of illness and to briefly describe your situation.
