The Education magazine is looking for an intern

Do you want to write for the largest education magazine in the Netherlands? Do you want to work in an editorial team of six journalists who publish online messages on social media and the website on a daily basis? Then come and do an internship at the editorial office of Het Onderwijsblad, a monthly magazine with almost 80 subscribers.

We have another internship position available in our editorial office. We are looking for a student who:

• Want to learn to write even better journalism
• Every day the education news follows
• News reports makes for AOb.nl, the website of de Algemene Onderwijsbond 
• Create messages on demand
• Helps with social media communication
• Shows initiative and therefore searches for news itself
• Learn how to make interviews and reports for our monthly magazine Het Onderwijsblad
• Devises perspectives and actively approaches journalistic sources
• Collaborates with colleagues from our editorial team.

We offer

• A small-scale team of journalists from whom there is a lot to learn
• Attention to your articles and help with writing
• A workplace at Sint Jacobsstraat 22, in the center of Utrecht
• Travel allowance and an internship allowance of 750 euros gross per month for a full-time job
