De AOb will update the job descriptions together with the other unions and the PO council. This is necessary, because the teaching profession has changed a lot and that should also be reflected in the job descriptions. This concerns the job descriptions of primary and special education teachers. In six group discussions with about eight teachers at a time and one expert, we will discuss all aspects of the teaching profession. This concerns the daily activities to the special tasks. Hearing many different teachers about their duties creates a clear picture of the work. The experts record everything and organize the results.
