CLA consultations expanded with PO in Actie
The unions AOb, CNVO, FvOv, AVS and PO in Actie and the PO council will negotiate for a new collective labor agreement for primary education. The collective labor agreement partners decided this on Wednesday. PO in Actie has thus been formally welcomed as a new player at the negotiating table.

Among other things, the collective labor agreement table discusses the use of the money promised by the government to reduce the workload and increase the salaries of teachers. The PO front, in which employees and employers unite, has been fighting for this side by side since April this year. For a fair salary and less workload, at least 1,4 billion euros is needed, according to the front.

PO is in Action since last week a trade union to be able to participate in discussions about the collective labor agreement for primary education. The teachers' action group gathered 15 members for this purpose in a matter of days.
AObprimary education director Eugenie Stolk: "We have entered the battle together as a Po front and it is good that all parties are now involved in discussions about what will ultimately be agreed in the collective labor agreement."
