Send an e-mail to info@aob.nl if you have not received a form for the refund of trade union dues 2023. Please state your membership number, name, address and date of birth in the email. Our employees will ensure that you receive the form as soon as possible. 

You cannot request an annual contribution statement for previous years. The Tax and Customs Administration allows you to use this letter only in the relevant year. It is not possible to forward annual statements from previous years.

It is not possible to download annual statements for others (eg your colleagues). This has to do with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Of course you can tell your colleagues how to download the annual statement. This can be done through MyAOb and then 'My details'. 

If you had several employers this year, you can simply submit your annual statement to your current employer. You will then be settled with the entire amount at that employer.
