Support the public sector, participate in the action day online
De AOb has joined forces with the other FNV government unions to take action for the public sector. Working in the public sector means working for the Netherlands. Our work is essential work, even without a corona crisis. Sign up for the (online) action day on 19 May!

The government relies on us to keep the Netherlands running, but the government as our employer does not give anything in return: the collective labor agreement negotiations in education, at the government, the municipalities, the police, the provinces, the judiciary and the university. medical centers have been demolished by our employers or are running very slowly.
Therefore, the AOb participate in this joint action to push the cabinet in the right direction. Support the public sector, because investing in our work means investing throughout the Netherlands.

To reinforce our demands, we will be holding a manifestation at the Malieveld in The Hague on 19 May. There, colleagues from the public sector tell their story. You can attend the event online. Join virtually and sign up here!

- Decent wages for all government employees
- Enough employees to reduce the workload
- Room for the professional: trust the employees and give more control over implementation
- No flexible and insecure temporary contracts, but invest in security with continuous training and development opportunities.
