Finalists 'MBO team of the year' announced
The ten finalists competing for the 'Teaching Team of the Year' prize in MBO have been announced. The finalists will pitch to a professional jury on April 19, the winner will be announced on May 15.

More than 45 MBO teams have registered for the 'Education Team of the Year' election. The professional jury, consisting of trainers from various secondary vocational education institutions, selected ten teams. These nominees will pitch on April 19 at the AOb in Utrecht.
At the gala 'This is MBO' the award ceremony will then take place on 15 May 2023. In addition to the Education Team of the Year, the Best Work Placement Company, the Best Practical Trainer and the National Ambassador for MBO will also be announced there. The gala will take place in Theater Orpheus in Apeldoorn. Both the gala and the pitches can also be followed via a live stream.
The professional jury was particularly struck by the great diversity of schools, disciplines and team activities. According to the jury, the entries radiate enormous creativity and (professional) pride.
The 10 nominated teams in alphabetical order are:

Hair care from ROC of Amsterdam
Logistics and Transport from The Vista college
Career Expertise Team from Aventus
Team Pharmacy Assistant from Summa College
Team Audiologist from Delta College
Team Green from Yuverta
Team Security College from ROC of Amsterdam
Travel, Leisure & Hospitality from Delta College
Grooming Beauticians from ROC Tilburg
The award is an initiative of the AOb and the Professional Association of MBO Trainers (BVMBO) and will be awarded for the fourth time this year. The winner may call themselves the Education Team of the Year for a year.
