Agreement leads to 4 percent wage increase in HBO
As of 1 June 2022, all HBO employees will receive a wage increase of 4 percent and a one-off bonus of 600 euros gross. Covid fund
However, the unions and the VH believe that a fund should be created for employees who suffer from long covid and are unable to perform their work for a longer period of time.
