Local consultation of universities
Representatives of the AOb are present at almost every university and many research institutions. They participate in the Local Consultation (LO). This includes members of trade unions who make agreements with members of the Executive Board about terms of employment at that university or institution.
They will also further develop the collective labor agreement at local level together with employers. The representative himself works at the university or institution and is therefore well aware of what is going on.
