On November 15, 2023, the unions agreed on a negotiating result for a new collective labor agreement for the Collaboration Organization for Vocational Education and Industry, which will run from July 1, 2023 to July 1, 2024. All employees will receive a salary increase of 7 percent and two incidental payments for full-time employment.
Agreements have been made in the new CLA SLO about a structural wage increase of two times 4 percent and two times a one-off net payment. This collective labor agreement runs from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2024.
