The management of SBB, the AOb and other unions reached a negotiation agreement on 16 February 2018 on a new collective labor agreement that includes a 2 percent wage increase. The new CLA runs until January 1, 2019 and has been tacitly extended by one year.

A new CLA SLO has been in place since 18 February 2021. Due to the corona crisis, consultations were limited to two subjects: the wage section and collective days off. The term of this CLA is two years: from 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2022.
The CLA for the Service Center for Religious and Humanistic Training Education (GVO / HVO) has a term of one year: from 1 August 2014 to 1 August 2015. This CLA has been tacitly renewed. The collective labor agreement negotiations have come to a standstill. The structural funding proves to be insufficient to reach good collective labor agreements. The AOb therefore wrote a letter to the House of Representatives at the end of June 2018 to take action.
The unions AOb, FNV-government, CNV-Connectief and FvOv reached a negotiation agreement for a new collective labor agreement on 22 February 2019. This CLA runs from 1 January 2019 to 31 January 2020.
AObmembers, other education unions and employers agreed in early July 2018 to the new collective labor agreement for the Advisory Organizations for Education and Youth (WAOJ). The new CLA will run from 1 January 2018 to 1 January 2019. Negotiations for a new CLA will start in the autumn of 2019 due to an employer delegation to be formed.
