Protocol for full opening of primary education is ready
The protocol for the complete opening of the primary schools is available. This contains some extensions and clarifications. There is also an update of the protocol for special (primary) education.

May 19 Prime Minister Rutte announced that all primary school students return to full school. However, pupils and teaching staff must adhere to the RIVM guidelines. The unions and the employers' umbrella organization PO council stated a protocol that schools should help with the practical implementation. It is important here that schools are not 'held to the impossible'.
The starting point is that all students will go to school completely from 8 June and that there is no need to be a meter and a half distance between the students. However, a distance must be maintained between staff members and pupils and staff members. This does not change from the previous protocol.
volunteers
Under the new protocol, parents are in principle not allowed to come to the school or the playground, unless they are regular volunteers who already regularly performed work in the school. They are allowed to be present in the school again, provided they adhere to all RIVM rules and stay home in case of complaints.
School trips
Furthermore, schools are 'strongly advised' to exercise restraint with field trips, musicals, celebrations and camps. An assessment of these activities will have to be made in consultation with the mr and the Safety Region.
Music
Students are allowed to sing and use wind instruments during the music lesson. The protocol specifically includes a rule about this.
