De AOb takes a close look at the job descriptions of support staff in primary education, together with the other education unions and the employers' organization PO Council. We need your help with this.
Does your current job description still match all tasks and responsibilities? Come to one of the five meetings in May in Utrecht and let us know. During these meetings we will discuss the job descriptions.
Do you work as a concierge, maintenance worker, internal counselor, staff member, advisor, secretary, administrative assistant, pedagogical employee or teacher support worker in primary education? Then sign up via the website of the PO council.
Earlier this year the unions and the primary education council have spoken with directors, deputies, teaching assistants and remedial educationalists and psychologists. The organizations take the results of the meetings with them to the collective labor agreement negotiations.
