Collective labor agreement for primary education available
The collective labor agreement for primary education (PO) is finalized and available. As of today, you can download the entire collective labor agreement booklet on the website and view all agreements. Last December, the unions announced that a negotiating agreement had been reached.

That agreement has now been worked out and the definitive collective labor agreement is available. In addition, you will find on the CLA page all sample functions.
The most important agreements from this collective labor agreement were the 4,5 percent pay increase for all teaching staff and the updated job descriptions for teaching assistants and school principals. AOb-negotiator Eugenie Stolk gave late December already indicated that the pay gap with secondary education still has to be closed and that structural investments are necessary.
The collective labor agreement runs from March 1, 2019 to October 31, 2020. Also look at the collective labor agreement page for the po for all main points.
