New collective labor agreement for higher professional education available
The new collective labor agreement for higher professional education (hbo) is finished. From today you can download the entire collective labor agreement from the website and view all agreements. Last March, the unions announced that a negotiation agreement had been reached.

That agreement has now been worked out and the definitive collective labor agreement is available. The digital version has an interactive table of contents. As a result, you can quickly and easily click on the topics in the table of contents and go directly to the page with all agreements made.
AObnegotiator Douwe van der Zweep earlier already indicates that one of the most important agreements in this collective labor agreement is to reduce flex work. Teaching staff will also receive a salary increase of 4,9 percent in total.
