Mbo is aiming for the starting date of 1 October for a new collective labor agreement
De AOb, the other unions and the employers' organization MBO Council will continue to discuss a new collective labor agreement after the summer holidays. The parties aim to have a new collective labor agreement take effect on 1 October 2018.

Last Thursday, the AOb together with the MBO council and the other unions collective agreement consultations. During those consultations, the possible contours for a negotiation agreement were explored.
The parties expect that concrete agreements will be made in the negotiating agreement on the themes: workload, new teachers, agility of the MBO organizations and employees, adjustment of the chain provision for instructors due to the new competence requirements, wages and duration.
The collective labor agreement negotiators will continue the negotiations immediately after the summer holidays. The current CLA runs until 1 October 2018. The parties hope that a new CLA will take effect on that date.
