This is the conclusion of researchers from Kien / Panelwizard after questioning more than a thousand parents on behalf of the Replacement Fund.
Teacher shortage

A parent and / or other school staff without teaching qualifications in the classroom consider parents unacceptable. Although 62 percent of parents understand that there is not always an immediate solution to illness, parents do think that children should be able to go to school during school hours. If there is no substitute, children should be divided among other classes or the school management should take over the class, say parents.
