The starting point of the division of labor plan is that employees have more say in the division of work. In the basic and consultation model, the employer was in charge, but the team makes the agreements in the work distribution plan. More say on the part of the team automatically means less say on the part of the individual teacher and the school leader / school board.

In short, the division of labor plan works as follows: the employer outlines the framework for what should be done next school year. This includes groups, students, developments, training, etc. The team will enter into dialogue with this information; it must be agreed who does which groups or lessons and how much time is available for this. Matters such as pre and post work, breaks and replacement policy are also considered.

In turn, the employer has to work with the results of these interviews. He makes a draft work division plan which he submits to the team. After approval of the team, the definitive plan must be presented to the personnel department of the mr. If the pmr does not agree, the whole party will be canceled. The plan is therefore checked both in advance and afterwards for the staff and it only proceeds when all parties have agreed.
The division of labor plan is the guideline for Master Bram's commitment in a school year. The underlying idea is that he himself is involved in discussing his commitment and will therefore not be faced with surprises.
