The quality of education is plummeting! Ring the bell
The quality of education is under pressure. Lessons are canceled, unauthorized persons stand in front of the class and groups are sent home. The minister refuses to register the teacher shortages and the emergency solutions of schools. That is why we call on educational staff, parents, students and other stakeholders from primary, secondary and secondary vocational education to report missed hours or structural shortages. Ring the bell!

Last year, the House of Representatives passed a motion calling on Minister Slob to officially register and keep track of teacher shortages, emergency solutions and canceled lessons. It ensures that the magnitude of the problem is clear. Until now, the cabinet has not implemented this motion. That is why we are taking action from today and call on you to make a report via the form on our site. We forward the reports to the Education Inspectorate.

Our hotline is open between 18 February and 17 March 2020. Through this form you can let us know if there are emergency solutions at your school, how many students are suffering from the teacher shortage and why you are concerned about the quality of the education. A copy of the e-mail is sent directly to the Education Inspectorate, so that this organization is informed.
First mention
This afternoon at 17.00 pm, the AOb to the MPs Peter Kwint (SP), Kirsten van den Hul (PvdA) and Lisa Westerveld (GroenLinks) the first report of AObdriver Jelmer Evers. These MPs submitted the motion together last year. There will also be a small demonstration on the Plein in The Hague from AObmembers, Parents & Education and pupil organization LAKS.
