Check your new salary with the handy one AObtool

For both primary and secondary education, the Salary check updated after all recent collective labor agreements. Enter your date of birth, the education sector, the working time factor and the number of years of service and find out what the new salary is in a few clicks.
New salary scale
Do you work in primary education? Then you have to enter the new salary scale at the start of the check. All teachers in the LA salary scale advance to L10. Personnel from the LB scale go to L11 and LC to L12. Teachers in primary education - who are not yet at the end of their salary scale - also automatically go up one step in August. In the check you can compare it by increasing the number of years of service. For example, are you now in LA step 2? Then enter 2 at the number of years of service at the check. Do you want to know what the amount will be in the higher step 3 per August? Then enter 3 in the number of years of service.

Elevation
If you work in secondary education, you will see a salary increase on the payslip from June 2018. In primary education, the salary increase is from September 2018 and school boards also pay several amounts in October, which means that the net salary in that month is considerably higher.
