AOb indexes contribution
The monthly contribution of the AOb will go up on 1 January 2018. By indexation, working AObmembers will pay 50 eurocents more per month. For the other groups, such as pensioners and benefit recipients, the contribution will increase by 25 cents.

The general meeting of the AOb approved the intention to index the contribution at the end of 2017. AObtreasurer Douwe van der Zweep says that the contribution has not been adjusted to inflation since the introduction of the new contribution system in 2015. “There has been no indexation for three years. In 2018, an adjustment is inevitable given the increased price level and increased personnel costs. ”
Teachers, support staff and board members from pay scale 9 and higher will pay 1 euros per month in contribution from 2018 January 17,50. Educational support staff up to and including wage scale 8 pay 12,50 euros. The entire table with all contribution prices from January 1, 2018 is shown below. The prices are still up to date for 2019.
